Hallelujah...! it has been quite some time since we have had a working heater. Matthew, our knowledgeable technician, came out on the same day that I called. He made it to my home at the beginning of the time window that I was given... I just wish that I had called sooner...!! For the low/
fair price of a service call, I no longer have to bundle up during the day or shiver at night...!!! I would love to give both Matt & Stephens Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning a 6-Star Rating...., but 5-Stars will have to do‼ Thank you again & Happy New Year

Matt from Stephen's Plumbing was great! He came out and helped replace our garbage disposal that was leaking and not working correctly. He went out of his way to go get us the garbage disposal replacement and was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Matt!

Our central heater was acting up, and It's only 3 months old! Oscar troubleshot our unit and really knew his stuff. He has tools to measure the gas flow when the heater is flamed on, and can tell if everything is nominal or not. Ours was OK once he pulled out the two air filters in our ceiling. They were all clogged up after only 3 months! Oscar told us that these new units burn hotter, so need more airflow to keep from melting. This makes them clog up the air filters in 3 months, where older units could wait 6 months before changing filters. Anyways, he sure knows his stuff from all the conversations we had about the various components that could effect the airflow. Thanks Oscar!

Matthew was sent this morning to fix my non-draining garbage disposer sink. He was quick to find the problem and fixed it very quickly. The job was done so cleanly too, really appreciate his great manner as well. He even offered to look at other issue I was having..... Making the appointment was also very easy (actual person answers the phone!!) and accurate. They also called this morning to let me know who was coming at what time, etc.
When I have any issues again with plumbing, I would definitely call them. I highly recommend this company!

About a week ago a friend noted the smell of gas in our house. We called the gas company and they said we did have a gas leak. We then called Stephens plumbing. They sent out a heating plumbing guy named William. He was very thorough and professional. He found the leak and repaired it. Very grateful as it has been very cold especially at night!! I highly recommend Stephens- especially William as he was able to solve our problem quickly and efficiently

From the dispatch to the crew! This company is amazing! Spoke with Eric one day, who was very pleasant, who informed me of available times. Called back the next day and the young lady that answered was very pleasant and accommodating. I wish I could remember her name! Matthew and Hunter arrived timely. They were so courteous! Matthew was very knowledgeable! And neither guy seemed annoyed at my questions. Highly recommend! Very, very pleased! You have an amazing staff all the way around!

Stephens plumbing is the best! we needed our pipes cleaned & a stoppage of water flow cleared in our bathroom shower. Sebastian did an excellent job. He was very thorough & knowledgeable about what needed to be done.He was also helpful in suggesting future maintenance to preserve the life of our plumbing.

Galan came out in the evening on short notice after we lost hot water. Which is not great in the cold winter months. We still had not hot water in the morning so we called back and Stephens sent a crew to replace the water heater promptly and on New Year's Eve. Good work.

THE BEST! I needed someone to come out to my house for a leak in the ceiling right away! The company I usually use was booked up. I looked on Yelp for a reliable, referral and I found Stephens Plumbing. I met Galan and Cristian and they were the best! They came in and reviewed what was happening with the leak, then thoroughly went over everything with me after they figured it out. I feel they were truly, honest with me and that is hard to find these days. I found my new Plumbing and Heating Company! I highly recommend Stephens plumbing!! Ask for Galan and Cristian. GREAT JOB!

Called on a Friday morning and was able to get someone out to fix my AC before 3PM, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. My pump stopped working and they had a replacement ready to go within the hour.

Had a great experience with this company! I called for an estimate to replace my garbage disposal and Freddy Galan arrived on time and got straight to work. I appreciated not only his positive and helpful attitude but the fact that the job was completed the same day! Highly recommend. We had scheduled an AM service call. However, problems created on our end resulted in Stephens coming out but unable to start the job. They kindly rescheduled in the afternoon and took care of the plumbing issue. The office dispatcher was just great throughout the whole ordeal!!!!

Our pipes were making a VERY loud noise whenever we flushed our toilets or ran water. We called Stephens Plumbing and they quickly sent someone over to find out what the problem was. Freddy was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away. All the repairs have now been completed and we couldn't be happier. Our old wall heater near the bedrooms was not venting properly and the gas company after inspection red tagged it. I was going through yelp and called Stephens, they were able to come next day and Omar showed up and was great. He had to remove the heater to clean the firebox and replace the uncoated brass gas connector. He also replaced the gas connector on the living room heater. Omar had great attitude and explained everything and was very fair price. Big time happy customer

Matthew was professional, listened patiently to what the problem was & stayed to thoroughly complete the job which was a bit more tedious than expected! Unclogged main line stoppage at clean out.We were very pleased with Matthew's work & wouldn't hesitate to call Stephens Plumbing again!

Stephens came by to repair my ancient floor heater. They're the experts in older floor heaters. Omar found several things that hadn't been repaired properly by another company, and unfortunately my heater got red tagged, due to a large crack that can't be repaired. Despite the bad news Stephens was very helpful and professional amd saved me from CO poisoning or a possible explosion. Thank you!

After a few false starts, Stephens really came to the rescue. Eric was very kind and apologetic when things couldn't be fixed immediately. He followed up and made sure I got the help I needed. Rico is the star, he really went above and beyond to help solve my plumbing problems.

We needed someone to replace our garbage disposal when it died (water was gushing through the electrical housing!). They were quick to respond, listened to our needs, polite, helpful, and fast. The technician who responded was personable, funny, knowledgeable and fast. They did the work quickly with no mess and no fuss. They gaurenteed their work and I was very happy. They are my first call for future plumbing problems!

We had an emergency situation where our garbage disposal stopped working and water backed up into the kitchen sink and also into the sink of a bathroom at the back of the house. I chose this company based on Yelp reviews. They called me back quickly, and were very professional over the phone. Sebastian came out the same day. He was prompt and spent quite a bit of time trying to identify the problem. He wound up being here (unobtrusively) for HOURS, bringing 3 different machines and also calling a colleague to come help. He was determined to find out the source of the problem. Ultimately, he determined that we needed to have an exterior clean-out installed. He made it clear that he could not guarantee that the pipes would not ultimately need replacement but recommended the cleanout as the next course of action. Throughout the entire time, they were here both men were respectful of me and my home. They put on boot covers they had brought with them and cleaned up before they left. Sebastian gave us an estimate for parts and labor for the cleanout installation, and after discussing it we agreed to undertake the work. Of course, on the scheduled day, the skies opened and it rained solidly the entire time. It was cold. This was all during the time when it rained non-stop and was an atmospheric river here in our area. Sebastian worked outside the entire time, uncomplainingly. The weather was so awful it probably made him sick afterwards but he plugged away and solved the problem.He always explained to us exactly what he saw, next steps and alternatives. The prices were reasonable, in line with the estimate and he left my house immaculate, including mopping up, before he left. I have a different emergency and will be calling them back. Honest, hardworking, determined, reasonably priced, respectful and excellent at diagnosing and solving the problem after doing whatever it took. So impressive! Call them first for your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. FYI, we are in the South Bay, not SF as the app incorrectly states.

Being that Stephens is my first choice, I called them for a garbage disposal and a couple of other touch ups in sinks. Again Matthew was the tech and again it was a complete pleasure working with him. He made sure everything was what I wanted and he took on any weirdness that was there from the previous 40 odd years of miscellaneous levels of work skill. I was happy with the costs, and I now have a sparkling trim over a quieter much faster to finish disposal. The other work was similar. Again, Stephens is going to be my first choice in plumbing.

My main drain pipe was clogged on Christmas night, called Stephens Plumbing around mid night and scheduled with them to come out next day first thing in the morning Galan and Freddy are awesome, arrived on time and very professional. Great at explaining and made it easy to understand of our current plumbing situations. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing
issues.

My grandparents had problems with their toilet which is why we called this company. The technician that came was Freddy G. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and was quick to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company. The staff does a great job identifying the problem and goes straight to work. They know what they are doing!!!

Our water heater broke and what a mess!!! Called them up and they came out same day and within short amount of time. Galan and Andres were very professional and gave us multiple options and scenarios with the understanding that we needed our water to be fixed right away and that we have a tight monetary budget. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns to give us peace of mind.

Mathew made quick work of our new garbage disposal that got noisy chewing on a piece of plastic that somehow slipped in one evening. also relieved partial block of drain. Great job!

This review is long overdue. I had Stephens replace a relatively new AC/heating system back in June of 21. long story short the other AC company I worked with under designed the previous system. they closed up shop and left town. so after talking to a few hvac companies I went with Stephens. and am I glad I did. top to bottom my experience with them has been first rate. from estimate to installation to support Stephens has been wonderful to work with. cost was very reasonable. everyone I've dealt with was professional. they came out a couple extra times to dial in the dampers and check on the condenser. always on time. and I know if something went wrong they'd be there to fix. I've liked my experience so much that if/when I have a plumbing issue, they'll be my first call. thank you Stephens!

Our heating unit wasn't working day one when we purchased our condo (we're on 2 years now sitting in a freezing house). Our insurance company (Fidelity) was and is useless. They couldn't find a vendor who could climb a 2 story building and walk on tile. So we told them we'll find someone on our own. So after calling vendor after vendor on our list and being told the same excuse, we called Stephens Plumbing. The operator (who I can't remember her name) was accommodating and set us up with Poncho and Samuel. The week before we received a courtesy call to remind us of the appointment. Pancho and Samuel got on the job right away. They were professional and took me step by step of what work was being done. They found the issue right away and as I'm sitting here tying this review out my wife and I are sitting comfortably. Thank you Poncho and Samuel! Thank you so much!

Service was great! Matt went above and beyond to assist us. After Christmas plumbing issues are a bummer, but we were quickly able to continue with our celebrations!

One of my bathroom sinks became clogged and would not drain properly. I called Stephens Plumbing and made an appointment and was given a 4-hour window. Company called me back one hour prior to plumber's anticipated arrival. Sebastian showed up as promised and promptly snaked the drain. Thanks for clearing the drain.
